We start with our uniquely balanced combination of wheat, corn, malted barley and rye in our mash bill to give Kansas it’s uncommonly delicious and nuanced flavors. Exceptionally smooth, our unique 5x column still distillation process removes the bitter, harsh and hot alcohols common to many whiskies. We marry this distillate with just the right amount of select aged bourbon. Still not satisfied, we then double filter our blend removing all remaining harshness giving Kansas its distinctive, light color, exceptionally silky character.
