Like the Mexican, the Coyote is a solitary mezcal that is not always achieved, but once you try it becomes a favorite without a doubt.
E n one of the visits we made to Sola de Vega, had an unusual encounter in the fields of agave plant was small, with many leaves. Don Antonio explained that he was a distant cousin of the Arroqueño, both descendants of the American variety family.
