Whisky is as much a part of Scotland as are the rolling hills of the Highlands, and the tenacity of its people. Robert Burns, ‘Scotland’s favorite Son’, widely regarded as the national poet of Scotland, forever memorialized Usquaebach in his poem
Usquaebach” (Oos: Ke: Bah) the name derived from the ancient Gaelic (Original Scots language) phrase, “uisge beatha” meaning water of life. It is the Gaelic words from which the word “whisky” comes from.

This is a rare blend of whiskies aged 16, 17 and 18 years, combined with younger malts for a complex and rich Scotch whisky of uncompromising quality.
This marriage of ‘Reserve’ whiskies offers layered hints of honeyed sherry notes, a very long finish and is rounded by sweet spices.

Nose: Honeyed sherry notes with hints of baked apples and pear
Body: Light to medium bodied, crisp and very approachable
Wood: Re-fill bourbon casks, along with malts aged in Oloroso Sherry
Palate: Bright and citrusy, with zesty spice and caramel glaze.
Finish: Lengthy, subtle and smooth
