Description
Glenmorangie Grand Vintage Malt 1989 Scotch Whisky
The second release in Glenmorangie’s Bond House No. 1 Collection, this Highland single malt was made from a portion of the last spirit to rise up out of the refinery’s previous still house. Refined in 1989 and developed for a long time in a bunch of exceedingly looked for after barrels, including some lofty ex-C?te-R?tie casks from the northern Rh?ne wine area of France. Introduced at 43% abv, each bottle is exclusively numbered and arrives in an unreal wood and copper show case with a copper plaque engraved with the story of the expression.
Tasting Notes
There’s an alluring rich sweetness on the nose, with clues of toasted marshmallow, vanilla and sweet-smelling smoke. The palate of taste is rich and syrupy with heated apple and fudge blending with a delicate citrus note. The long and full complete brings sweet notes of oak and leather.
