Tasting Notes
Nose: There is a note of dusty church pews and leather arm chairs: a real vintage feel to these aroma. These are complimented by delicate oak spices and some hints of warm cooking apples dusted with sugar and cinnamon.
Palate: Earthy forest floors and some hints of freshly cut oak work with a softer, Victoria sponge cake note. Sweet vanilla, walnut husks and some nutmeg.
Finish: The nutty notes of the palate are lingering on the finish, with the addition of some dark, soft sugar.
