Produced 100% by El Salvador craftsman from cane to distilling, this is a spirit produced by the first ever distillery from the region. Aged for a period of up to 8 years in ex bourbon casks, the solera method used in the elaboration of this rum imparts rich and complex characters of almond, vanilla, chocolate, coffee and orange. It's rich aroma of sugar cane and molasses are reminiscent of the almost mystical surroundings of the region from which this spirit originates.
