Made in small batches to render an immaculate, highly aromatic muscat grape wine. Distilled twice to retain its' concentrated falvor compounds, which render a unique character and depth of flavor.
Tasting notes
Aroma: rich & creamy, grape friskiness, lemons and almonds. Hints of a buttery dessert.
Taste: quite rich for an un-aged spirit. a little grapevine, sea-breeze, hints of citrus. Herbaceous. subtly rich & full-bodied.
Finish: Quite warm & rich. lingers for ages. nice creamy mouthfeel, fruity. smooth.
