Redbreast 15 year Initially a constrained version made solely for La Maison du Whisky in Paris, now a changeless individual from the family. The additional years in the barrel have allowed Redbreast 15 Year Old a more smooth taste profile than it’s younger sibling, Redbreast 12 Year Old.
Redbreast Sherry Finish Lustau Edition was conceived of a special joint effort between the Bodegas Lustau and the Midleton Distillery on account of an old kinship. Redbreast Lustau Edition is at first developed in customary whiskey and sherry barrels for a time of 9-12 years. It is then completed for 1 extra year in first fill hand chosen sherry butts that have been prepared with the best Oloroso sherry from the lofty Bodegas Lustau in Jerez, Spain.

The Redbreast Dream Cask Pedro Ximénez Edition, according to those behind it, “was created from a vatting of bourbon, Oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks which has been re-casked and finished in a specially selected Pedro Ximénez cask.” It is a 20 year old expression (up to 33 years in age in the blend), and was created by Redbreast Master Blender, Billy Leighton, in collaboration with Redbreast Blender, Dave McCabe.
