FRESH AND EXOTIC
Grande Réserve is a blend of different rums from Barbados, matured in Bourbon casks in the Caribbean and then for one year in the southwest France, in old French oak barrels.Its rich nose reveals notes of grilled coconut and woody vanilla. Delicious as a sipping rum and in cocktails.

Plantation O.F.T.D. Rum is our take on that classic style of overproof rums. And not just ours: to join him on the quest to get the blend and the proof just right, Alexandre Gabriel scoured rum joints around the world to find six grizzled old salts who knew which end of a rum bottle was which.
Together they came up with this blend of Guyana, Jamaica and Barbados rums, bottled at 69 percent alcohol.
O.F.T.D. officially stands for Old Fashioned Traditional Dark but if you ask any of the seven collaborators who were in the room when this blend was born, they’ll tell you it really stands for something else that was exclaimed when the winning rum was tasted…

CHARACTER AND DELIGHT
A tribute to the character created by Charles Dickens in the Pickwick Papers, Reverend Stiggins, whose favorite drink was “pineapple rum.”The barks of Victoria pineapples are infused in Plantation 3 Stars rum, which is then further distilled. Separately, the pineapple fruit is infused in Plantation Original Dark rum. Both distillate and fruit infusion are finally blended together, creating a rich and delicious pineapple bouquet, accented by smoky and clove notes.

AN ODE TO THE BEAUTY OF THE FIJI ISLANDS
From the pristine lagoons to the lush jungles, Plantation Isle of Fiji is an ode to the beauty ofthe Fiji Islands.This delicious rum is made using traditional techniques and local Fijian sugar cane. First aged in this tropical climate in bourbon casks, the rum is then sailed to the southwest of France for a second maturation in French oak casks.
This double ageing method paired with Fijian know-how creates a rum with warm notes of exotic fruits and raisin.

Continuously distilled in multi-column stills, Plantation Trinidad 2009 also stands out for its maturation process. This new limited edition benefited from a signature double ageing process inspired by a 300-year-old technique updated by Alexandre Gabriel, an authority in the art of ageing. This ancestral method is inseparable from the identity of Plantation Rums.
This superb rum was first matured for 11 years in 200-liter ex-bourbon casks in the Trinidadian distillery’s cellars, built entirely of red bricks and particularly admired by Alexandre Gabriel and Andrew Hassell. In addition to their aesthetic appeal, the bricks make it possible to maintain a cool temperature and, as a result, to exert greater control over the ageing of the cane eaux-de-vie. Plantation Trinidad 2009 was then treated to an additional one-year ageing period in Javrezac, in France’s Charente region, in 400-liter French oak barrels from Maison Ferrand.

FRUITY AND SPICY
Distilled in column stills at the Destilerías Unidas S.A. de Peru, in the Chicama Valley, an extremely arid region on the Peruvian north coast, this 2004 vintage is first aged 12 years in its terroir of origin and then matured two to three years in France.It reveals essences of ripe figs, both the fruit and the leaf, and mango, then develops notes of rich pastry, almond and white pepper.

Coming from the South Pacific Distillery in the Fiji Islands, this unique expression, an alliance of both pot and column stills, was distilled in 2009. Very intense, this vintage rum, aged for 7 years in Fiji and 2-3 years in Ferrand casks in France, is rich and round, with notes of buttery vanilla, caramel, cocoa and ginger ale as well as quince, hazelnuts and coconut.
