    Launched in 1882, and granted the Royal Warrant shortly after, Bristol Cream is crafted from a delicate blend of Jerez’s finest wines; delicate finos, aged amontillados, fragrant olorosos and the special Pedro Ximenez grape providing a silky, mellow smoothness. Known for its deep golden chestnutty and amber tones, the nose is full, fragrant, pungent and elegant all at once. On the palate Bristol Cream delivers a full bodied experience with rich yet mellow notes leaving a long lasting and velvety finish. A complete, balanced and surprising compendium of wine from Jerez, it’s best enjoyed chilled at 12°C in a wine glass or mix over ice with a slice of orange.

    From criadera to soleras, a lifetime of peace, tranquillity and skill are all apparent in Harveys VORS (Very Old Rare Sherries). Certified by the Consejo Regulador de la Denominacion de Origin to be a wine over 30 years of age. 90% Palomino grape and 10% Pedro Ximenez. Foundation of Solera 1909. It has a lovely mahogany colour with complex palate of spices and fruit. The nose conjures up a harmony of dry fruit and cedar which is rounded off by a fine, smooth finish. Serve slightly chilled at about 15–17ºC. Once opened, keep in a cool place and consume within four to six weeks.

    From criadera to soleras, a lifetime of peace, tranquillity and skill are all apparent in Harveys VORS (Very Old Rare Sherries). Certified by the Consejo Regulador de la Denominacion de Origin to be a wine over 30 years of age. 100% Pedro Ximenez grape. Foundation of Solera 1919. The complexity and balance of this sherry could only be achieved through hundreds of years of sherry making experience. Dark brown in appearance, its nose follows suit with notes of liquorice and black treacle. It is intensely sweet on the palate and you might just notice a flavour of toasted raisins that last long into its elegant, lingering finish. Best enjoyed slightly chilled at about 15–17ºC. Once opened, keep in a cool place and consume within four to six weeks.

  • Harveys Fine 30 Old Amontillado Vors Wine 750ml

Certified by the Consejo Regulador de la Denominacion de Origin to be a wine over 30 years of age. 100% Palomino grape. Foundation of Solera 1914. Harveys Fine Old Amontillado has a distinctive nut brown appearance. Some of the keener noses out there will notice hints of burnt peel and hazelnut – and on the palate a dry citrus-like zest. The finish of this particular sherry experience is notable for its layers of crystallised fruits. Best enjoyed slightly chilled at about 15–17ºC. Once opened, keep in a cool place and consume within four to six weeks.

  • Harveys Fino Wine 750ml

    Crafted in Jerez from 100% Palomino grapes, Harveys Fino is instantly recognisable by its pale yellow, almost straw-like appearance. Its nose is a different matter entirely – it’s much less subtle, with a hint of sea air and grilled almond. Full of dry fruits and almond notes, some are even able to recognise a hint of fresh dough as well. With a refreshingly crisp, dry palate, Fino unveils a nutty range of flavour that’s almost herb like. An ideal aperitif or accompaniment to hard cheeses, charcuterie or even smoked salmon. Best enjoyed very chilled at about 5–7 ºC.

  • Harveys Signature 12 Years Old Cream Sherry Wine 750ml

    Signature by Harveys is our Winemaker Manuel J. Valcárcel´s ultimate expression of a Rare Cream Sherry. This superb and complex blend of special wines, very old Olorosos and Pedro Ximenez, have been ageing for an average of 12 years in oak butts in the singular and unique Solera System. Bronze with gold flashes in appearance, this award winning premium cream sherry is made up of around 80% Palomino, 20% Pedro Ximénez grapes. The nose is full, mellow and ripe with complex hints of spices and dried fruit. To taste Signature is notable for it’s intensity, sweetness and freshness. Notes of burnt toffee, nuts and even apple, this sherry is full bodied to say the least. Best enjoyed slightly chilled at about 10–12ºC

  • Harveys Solera Sherry Wine Medium Dry Wine 750ml

    Harveys Medium Dry Sherry is a blend of Amontillados with a light, elegant nutty taste. Made from a delicate blend of 92% Palomino grapes and 8% Pedro Ximenez. On the nose is a strong union of fine wood and hazelnuts. The nutty undertones are carried on through to the palate and leaves a satisfyingly smooth finish.
