We start the process of creating Nocino each year with hand harvested green walnuts. A semi-sweet liqueur with aromas of green walnuts, baking spices, vanilla and ripe berries, with a long and rich finish.’

    ‘Our artisanal mandarin orange liqueur is referred to by many Italians as the ‘true treasure of the Amalfi Coast’. We produce it according to the same principles as our limoncello, using only fresh mandarin oranges, with no coloring or stabilizers. It has a refreshing and aromatic mouthfeel with a full dose of fresh mandarin oranges and tangelos. Its natural finish makes it a refreshing substitute for triple sec, curacao or any other orange liqueurs.’

    ‘The true origin of Concerto remains shrouded in mystery though many attribute its origins to a group of monks with exceptional taste. Our production follows the traditional method said to have originated in a mountain monastery. The barley and espresso coffee are oven roasted with acacia wood for a maximum of 28 minutes, then mixed with 15 botanicals. The gentle sweetness brings out notes of liquorice, barley, dark chocolate and vanilla. ‘

    ‘Perhaps the most exclusive liquid of them all, our prickly pear liqueur is made with fresh cactus fruit that grows wild along the mountainsides of Southern Italy. Its kiwi-like flavor lends crispness and a honey-sweet natural aroma that pairs outstandingly with Mezcal, Pisco and Prosecco. Fico d’India is macerated just once a year.’

    ‘After 100 years, we are proud to resurrect “Amaro Don Fernet” and give it an honorable spot in our collection of amari. Barrel-aged for 12 months in 250-liter French oak barrels, provided by the Marisa Cuomo Winery of the Amalfi Coast.     ‘Ferro-Kina was an aperitivo/amaro invented in 1881. History tells us that the inventors cooked the bark of cinchona on iron plates before macerating it. My grandfather, Giovanni Porpora, one of the founding members of our old distillery in Italy, formulated our very own Ferro-Kina recipe in 1967. We produce it today following traditional methods, macerating our proprietary botanical blend in terracotta amphoras.
