This delicate Grenache-based blend conjures aromas of ruby red grapefruit, red cherry, and watermelon, framed by a palate of pomegranate, red berries, a hint of peach and a suggestion of cotton candy. This beautifully dry rosé boasts elevated acidity and a crisp, lingering finish.
This exquisitely crafted Sauvignon Blanc displays a brilliant straw yellow hue, with a hint of green reflected in the glass. Expressive aromas of kumquat and white peach unfurl on the nose, giving way to bright melon and citrus underscored by a subtle hint of fresh sweet grass. This lively, pure Sauvignon Blanc features plenty of vibrant, clean acidity and a lengthy finish.
”Our organic fruit offers the characteristic flavors of green apples, pears, and citrus to our chardonnay. We ferment 70% of the juice in a combination of French and American oak, which is allowed to undergo malolactic fermentation to create a rich, creamy wine with just a touch of new oak spice. The remaining 30% is fermented in stainless steel to preserve the crisp fresh fruit flavors.”
