This new batch of Pechuga uses Agave americana with a long ferment. The third distillation has a traditional approach with spices and ‘in season’ fruits but uses an Australian slant of kangaroo protein.

This is the first release of ASp Anejo from Black Snake Distillery. It was aged for for 12 months in ex-bourbon barrels and has a light golden hue. The taste is wonderful & smooth with it being difficult to have just one.

This is the second release of Reposado from Black Snake Distillery (the picture shows what will be our third release). It was aged for almost 4 months in ex-bourbon barrels and has the distinctive golden hue. The taste is wonderful with it being difficult to have just one. It achieved a Silver medal in the 2021 London Spirits Awards.

ASp is an Agave spirit made in Australia and inspired by Mexican traditions.
It is handcrafted usually with wild, locally grown Agave americana (sometimes with angustifolia) and each batch has its own unique taste.
While the signature of ASp is a smokey taste this will vary with each batch and each person’s taste/experience.
We recommend that you take the opportunity, when you can, to try a variety of Agave Spirits.
